Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural Industrialization, Wardha is inviting applications from individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Young Professional – Smart dyeing &finishing of cotton:
   • Educational Qualifications: Post graduate in Textile Engg./ Technology/ Textile Chemistry.
   • Experience: Minimum one year experience in the relevant field. Knowledge of Phase Change Material (PCM) finish / UV protective finish / Natural dyeing and finishing on Cotton fabric is preferable. Should have experience in publishing papers and patent filing. Development of at least one process in the field of Anti- Microbial Finish, Natural Dyeing Standardisation, UV protective finish, Smart finishing Technology and Publication of the research papers.
2. Young Professional- Herbal& Panchagavya:
   • Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Botany/Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Plant Science/Organic Chemistry or M. Pharm with Pharmacognosy / Pharmaceutical Chemistry
   • Experience: Minimum of one year of work experience relevant to the job description. Preference will be given to the persons with work experience in the relevant field supported by published
3. Young Professional – Machine Development:
   • Educational Qualifications: ME/M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering Desirable: Working experience in Machine Design & Development. Working Knowledge on CAD Software.
   • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in product (Machine) development
4. Young Professional. Ceramics:
   • Essential:- M. Tech (Ceramics) Desirable:- Working on fabrication of Red clay ware / R & D on Red Clay Technology.
   • Minimum one year of work experience relevant to the job description. Preference will be given to the persons with work experience in the relevant field supported by published
5. Young Professional- Polymer Technology:
   • Master degree in Polymer Science or BE /B. Tech in Chemical Engineering/Polymer technology.
   • Minimum one year experience in the relevant field.
6. Young Professional – Software Developer:
   • Essential: M.Tech./ME in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. Desirable: Persons with M. Phil, Ph.D, additional qualifications, research experience, published papers in the field of Computer Science will be preferred.
