Officer Vacancies at Kerala Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (KRWSA)

Kerala Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (KRWSA) is inviting applications from individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Director (Technical):
   1. Essential:- B.Tech (Civil) / (Mech)
   2. Experience: 12 years of experience in designing, implementing water supply schemes.
   3. Desirable: Experience in community based water supply projects.
   4. Deputation: Deputation of suitable officers from Government Department/ Public Sector Undertakings not below the rank of Superintending Engineer
2. Deputy Director (Project Finance):
   1. Essential:- As per Government norms
   2. Experience: 8 years of experience in Financial Management.
   3. Desirable: Experience in handling project finance in computerised environment in externally aided projects note less than 5 years.
   4. Deputation: Deputation of suitable officers from Government Department/ Public Sector Undertakings not below the rank of Under Secretary to Government.
3. Regional Project Director, Kannur & Malappuram:
   1. Essential:- As per Government norms
   2. Experience: 10 years of experience in rural development projects or water supply projects.
   3. Desirable: 5 years of experience in community based projects / project management experience.
   4. Deputation: Deputation of suitable officers from Government Department/ Public Sector Undertakings not below the rank of Sr. Executive Engineer / Deputy Development Commissioner
4. Accounts Officer, Kannur & Malappuram:
   1. Essential:- As per Government norms
   2. Experience: 8 years of experience in handling accounts.
   3. Desirable: Experience in handling project finance in computerised environment in externally aided projects note less than 5 years.
   4. Deputation: Deputation of suitable officers from Government Department/ Public Sector Undertakings not below the rank of Accounts Officer in Government Finance Department
5. Senior Engineer:
   1. Essential:- B-Tech (Civil/Mech)
   2. Experience: 7 years of experience in designing, implementing water supply schemes.
   3. Desirable: Experience in community based water supply projects.
   4. Contract: For a period of one year and period of contract shall be extended based on the performance.
6. IEC Specialist:
   1. Essential:- Post Graduation in Science / Envt. Science / HRD / Envt. Engineering / Social Work / Social Sciences / Ext. Service / Journalism
   2. Experience: 3 years of experience in conducting trainings / HRD related to Rural and Community development or in the field of communication for RWSS / Health designing, implementing water supply schemes.
   3. Desirable: 2 years of experience in community development projects especially in capacity building or water supply projects or 2 years in research and documentation.
   4. Contract: For a period of one year and period of contract shall be extended based on the performance.
