National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. Recruiting Under Deputation Basis

National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. Is inviting applications from individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Deputy Manager (HR): Essential Qualification:- Educational (i)Degree of a recognized University /Institute; Essential Experience: At least four years’ experience ir Administration/Establishment/Human Resource/ Personnel Management
2. Assistant Manager (HR): Essential Qualification:- Educational (i)Degree of a recognized University /Institute; (in)At least three years experience in Administration/ Establishment/Human Resource/Personnel Management.
3. Assistant Director (Official Language): (i) Any Graduate from a recognized University/ institute and (ii) 03 years service in Pay Level-9 with experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa, in a Government Organization.
4. Principal Private Secretary: Educational qualification: (i) Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute; and (ii)Dictation of 10 minutes at the speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand (English/Hindi) and transcription time (on computer only) is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.
5. Private Secretary: Educational qualification: (i) Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute; and (ii)Dictation of 10 minutes at the speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand (English/Hindi) and transcription time (on computer only) is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.
6. Personal Assistant: Educational qualification: (i) Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute; and (ii)Dictation of 10 minutes at the speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand (English/Hindi) and transcription time (on computer only) is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.

(8) In the case of retired Officers who are applying for the post on Contract basis, the Pension Payment Orders (PPO), if borne on the pensionable service, and Summary of ACRs/APARs for the last five years should be attached/uploaded with the Application failing which his/her Application shall not be entertained. (9) Applications of those Officers who were serving in NHIDCL on Deputation/ Contract and were dis-engaged pre-mature by NHIDCL or they left NHIDCL at their own choice since last two years, shall not be considered. (10) Applications of the Candidates who were given offer of appointment/ engagement on Deputation/ Contract during last two years but did not join, will not be given preference. (11) Candidate(s) selected for the post on Deputation basis shall not be allowed to be repatriated within a period of 02 years from the date of their appointment in HIDCL. (12) Candidates(s) selected for a post in NHIDCL, shall not be allowed to join any Private Company working with NHIDCL, within 02 years of leaving NHIDCL, failing which he / she shall be liable for appropriate legal action by NHIDCL.’
