Responsibilities Overview

As a Resident Warden Cum Nurse, your daily responsibilities in the hostel will include, but not be limited to:

Health and Recreation

• Ensuring the well-being and recreational activities of students.
• Maintaining a clean and healthy environment in the hostel.

Mess Management

• Overseeing the mess operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene.
• Coordinating with the canteen supervisor for meal quality.

General Administration

• Interacting with students and collecting feedback.
• Handling general administrative tasks.

Grievance Redressal

• Addressing student grievances and concerns promptly.
• Maintaining records of grievances and resolutions.

Room Allotment and Maintenance

• Allocating rooms as required.
• Verifying the condition of furniture and fittings.

Housekeeping and Sanitation

• Ensuring daily housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Managing pest control and preventive maintenance.

Medical Assistance

• Calling for medical assistance when required.
• Conducting health assessments and screenings.

Dining Hall and Kitchen
