Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal is inviting applications from individuals to fill the following positions:

1. For JRF post: Name of Position : Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Number of Position : 02 (two) Essential Qualifications : M. Tech. in Surveying and Geodesy/Geoinformatics/ Geomatics Engg. or equivalent discipline from reputed institute of recognized Board/institute or equivalent. GATE qualification is mandatory Desirable Qualifications: Candidate must have prior research experience in broad area of Geodetic science and should be familiar with use of different geodetic instruments and GNSS data processing software like GAMIT etc. Good mathematical skills programming proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python is necessary. Candidates having sound knowledge of Geodesy will be given preference
2. For RA post: Name of Position : Research Associate I (RA) Number of Position : 01 (One) Essential Qualifications : (i) M. Tech. in Surveying and Geodesy /Geoinformatics/ Geomatics Engg. or equivalent discipline from reputed institute of recognized Board/institute or equivalent and (ii) Eight years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services. OR (i) Ph.D. in Surveying and Geodesy /Geoinformatics/ Geomatics Engg. or equivalent discipline from reputed institute of recognized Board/institute or equivalent and (ii) Four years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services. GATE qualification is mandatory Desirable Qualifications: Candidate must have prior research experience in the area of Geodetic science and should be familiar with the modern instrumentation related to Surveying & Geodesy/Geoinformatics and its data analysis. Good mathematical skills programming proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python is necessary. Candidates having sound knowledge of Geodesy will be given preference.
