2 Positions of Estate Supervisors at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode

Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode is inviting applications from individuals to fill the TWO posts of Estate Supervisors.

Qualifications: Graduation in any Discipline with Five years’ experience in Fire Safety Security, Transport and Estate Management. OR SSLC for Ex-Serviceman with not less than 15 years of service in the Armed forces with experience related to Estate and Transport.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

1. Should be able to carry out field operations without any reluctance. Duties including walking, climbing steps, frequent visits to different parts of the campus/out of the campus..etc.
2. Able to communicate in English/Hindi.
3. Good Physical and medical standards.
4. Willing to work in odd hours and on holidays
5. Residence should be within 15 Kms from the campus.
6. The Selected person has to take several rounds/day in the campus in his own vehicle as part of his duty.
